30 Min Message and 30 Min Attunement

1:1 Coaching Agreement
This Agreement is made between Cherilyn Jones of Making Magic Moments (“Coach”) and You the "Client" per start date of Membership upon which begins after registration is completed.
II. Services provided
The Coach agrees to provide life coaching services to the Client, which include, Discussion, Recommended Processes, Q&A, Guided Meditation, Consultation, and Energy Work. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
III. Session details
Frequency: 1 session per week
Duration: 60 minutes per session
Delivery: video call or phone call via zoom
Schedule with Coach directly
IV. Fees and payment
Donation based
Accepted payments available on website or ask
Cancellation Policy: Anytime, no refunds.
V. Confidentiality
All discussions in a group setting are not confidential.
VI. Termination
In case a provision of this agreement shall be violated, either party can invoke the right to terminate.
Either party may terminate this agreement.
VII. Limitation of liability
The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered.
